Once water is at boiling point, add 2 tablespoons of tea.
Allow tea to steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
After steeping process, strain herbs, roots and flowers. Allow to cool down for a few minutes. Once at desired temperature, enjoy!
Add your sweetener of choice. Ex. dates, honey, brown sugar, etc.
