CBD bath bombs typically contain CBD oil in combination with essential oils and fragrances.
Simply add a CBD bath bomb to your warm bath water, allowing it to dissolve and release CBD oil, which is then absorbed by the skin into your bloodstream.
No current research has been done to verify claims health benefits for CBD bath bombs.
Cannabidiol is soluble in oils, which can pass through the skin pores and enter the body.
To get the best results, make sure you soak in the bath for at least 30 minutes.
The minimum amount of CBD oil for a relaxing bath bomb is about 25mg of CBD oil total. If you are seeking pain relief, try between 50–100mg CBD oil per bath bomb. For deep relaxation and pain relief you may want to try adding up to 200mg of CBD oil per bath bomb.*
CBD bath bombs can be used as frequently as a typical bath bomb.
In general, over-use is cautioned as bath bombs may irritate sensitive skin, causing redness, itching or rash, and the irritation. So, use only as frequently as your skin can allow.
